Standard Delivery & Packing

We charge delivery based on the biggest item in your order and only use a courier where necessary for larger homemade items, like wall hangings.

Standard Items: £4.95 using Royal Mail 48 tracked

Large Standard Items (Usually items over 2kg): £6.50 using Royal Mail 48 tracked

Medium Courier Items: £8.50

Large Courier Items: £13.50

Return Policy

​

If you would like to return something you ordered online through our website, we promise to refund any item, providing:

​

  • Items are agreed and approved for return within 14 days of the receiving your goods.

  • Items are returned within a further 14 days of La Luna agreeing a return.

  • You return the item to La Luna in its original condition with tags and original packaging.

  • You will be responsible for the cost to post back to us.

  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

  • It is not marked as faulty or damaged. Faulty/damaged items are NON REFUNDABLE.

  • The item was bought originally through our online store.
